Refund and Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase you can cancel your order and we will refund or replace it within seven days of you receiving it (fifteen days for international orders), as long as:
- You complete the returns form supplied with your goods
- No tags or labels have been removed
- Items are returned in their original packaging by recorded delivery
- Items are unmarked and not smelling of deodorants or perfumes
- Items are unused and in saleable condition
If goods are faulty we will refund the return delivery charges and either replace or refund your order. If the item is the wrong size or you’ve decided you don’t want it, you will have to pay the delivery charge for the supply and return of the goods and we will reimburse the cost of the goods to you.
If we have supplied the wrong goods you should return these to us and we will replace them with the goods you originally ordered or refund your order and the return delivery charges. Please use recorded delivery to return goods.
We will not be able to accept any returns on goods that have been personalised unless the item was faulty in which case it will be dealt with under our terms for faulty goods.
All refunds will be made back to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.
Items which fail after use will be dealt with under the terms of the manufacturers warranty and items must be washed before being returned to us.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If you wish to return goods to us you have a legal responsibility to take care of them which includes packaging goods for return properly.
