Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you place an order. By using this website you accept and agree to the terms and condition. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions you should leave the website without making a purchase. Please print and save these Terms and Conditions with your order as we may vary them from time to time without notice and the terms in force at the time will apply to that order.

If you are under 18 you must get parental/guardian approval to purchase items or submit data on this website.
Your details
We do not disclose your details to third parties outside our organisation with the exception of providing delivery of you goods. Transactions are via a secure server. We may us your contact details ourselves from time to time to send you offers which we believe will be of interest to you.
Sales
All prices displayed and sales are in GBP Sterling and will include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. For some international sales there is no sales tax. Currency conversions for non UK customers will be dealt with by your credit or debit card provider. Ownership of goods does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs upon despatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made.
We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason and to refuse bulk orders.
We reserve the right to amend prices and end promotional offers at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to add or remove any product at any time. We try to ensure prices displayed are correct but in the event that an incorrect price is displayed we will amend it upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is incorrectly priced. Prices indicated are for on-line purchases only and are not indicative of the price for identical goods purchased in retail stores or via our event sales units.
Your card details are checked and verified securely by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained by us.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, we are not liable to you or any third party for any loss or injury however suffered from your use of any items supplied by us.

This website may contain links which may lead to other websites. Where links to other websites exist they are for information purposes only and we accept no responsibility for the contents of these websites. We do not endorse, approve or sponsor information or material contained on other websites.
The colour of items displayed on this website may vary slightly because of screen settings and the limits of colour reproduction.
Deliveries
We deliver items both to the UK and internationally.
We will keep you informed of you order status by email. All orders received by us before 3.00pm GMT will be despatched the same day. Large orders or orders placed after 3.00pm may be despatched the following working day.
We will send orders by either Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery or courier. You will be given various options as you complete your order. You will need to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order on the date of delivery.
Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery option you have chosen. Royal Mail 1st class normally takes 1 to 3 days for UK mainland and 3 to 5 days for other European destinations. Couriers will usually deliver your order within 2 to 5 days for European destinations and 3 to 10 days for other international destinations.
Prices for delivery are displayed during the ordering process and with your invoice. For some items and order values we will provide free delivery.
Refunds, replacements and cancellations
If you are not happy with your purchase you can cancel your order and we will refund or replace it within seven days of you receiving it (fifteen days for international orders), as long as:
- You complete the returns form supplied with your goods
- No tags or labels have been removed
- Items are returned in their original packaging by recorded delivery
- Items are unmarked and not smelling of deodorants or perfumes
- Items are unused and in saleable condition
If goods are faulty we will refund the return delivery charges and either replace or refund your order. If the item is the wrong size or you’ve decided you don’t want it, you will have to pay the delivery charge for the supply and return of the goods and we will reimburse the cost of the goods to you.
If we have supplied the wrong goods you should return these to us and we will replace them with the goods you originally ordered or refund your order and the return delivery charges. Please use recorded delivery to return goods.
We will not be able to accept any returns on goods that have been personalised unless the item was faulty in which case it will be dealt with under our terms for faulty goods.
All refunds will be made back to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.
Items which fail after use will be dealt with under the terms of the manufacturers warranty and items must be washed before being returned to us.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If you wish to return goods to us you have a legal responsibility to take care of them which includes packaging goods for return properly.
Governing law
Any contract between us and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
